The CC&Rs in some of the tracts in Arrowhead Woods were scheduled to expire on December 31, 2025, and the required 55% of the property owners did not vote to extend them. Accordingly, the CC&Rs have expired in the following tracts: 6397, 6489, 6782, 7074, 7201, 7272, 7415, 7417, 7513, 7514, 7515, 7775, 7776, 7891, 7911, 7915, 7933, 7982, 7983, 7985, 8053, 8232, 8490, 10198-1, 14599.

Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

Since 1923 the original developers of Arrowhead Woods implemented deed restrictions on properties within the Arrowhead Woods tracts to promote harmony and attractiveness within our community.

In the late 1980’s the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee began administering the CC&R’s and since then has been an integral part of the development of our community.

The purpose of having CC&R’s is to maintain the quality of design, certain minimum living space requirements, attractiveness, individuality, yet in harmony with surrounding houses, and many other factors, which help to protect and enhance property values within Arrowhead Woods.
