Rich Scott, President

Rich Scott is a retired general contractor who has lived in the Lake Arrowhead area since 1990. In his 40-year career, he has constructed over 2,000 homes and condominiums, including many in the San Bernardino mountains.

He is a past regional President of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, an affiliate of the National Association of Homebuilders. Rich serves as an admitted construction industry expert witness in San Bernardino County and Los Angeles County Superior Courts.

Rich’s family history in the Lake Arrowhead area spans more than 100 years. He has served the community as a member of the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee since 2012.

 Gregory Amparano, Board Member

Gregory (Greg) Amparano is a retired executive from Fluor Corporation whose career has focused on the execution of major infrastructure projects.  As the Senior Vice President Operations for Fluor’s Infrastructure Business Line, he had global responsibility for infrastructure projects including highway, bridge, and transit. Prior to his operations role, Greg was the Chief Risk Officer with responsibility for Corporate Risk Management and Enterprise Risk.

Michael Schultz, Board Member

Michael Schultz is a 30-year resident of the mountain communities and works as a residential and commercial painter. Michael has served his community as President of his Neighborhood Watch Program and is currently the Vice-president of Latinos for Lake Arrowhead.

Michelle Kelly, Board Member

Michelle Kelly is a third-generation Lake Arrowhead property owner who has called the San Bernardino Mountains home since 1977.

Ms. Kelly has worked in public safety and emergency management for twenty-nine years. In that time, she has held fire suppression, fire prevention/investigation, public information/education, and emergency management positions. She has experience reading/reviewing construction plans and conducting construction inspections.

Ms. Kelly holds an Associate of Science Degree in Fire Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety and Emergency Management, and a Master of Arts in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.

Ms. Kelly comes to the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee with non-governmental organization board experience.
