Who We Are
Gary Clifford, President
Gary Clifford is a longtime resident of the Lake Arrowhead community who has a deep appreciation for the mountain he has called home for much of his life. Having grown up here, Gary understands firsthand what makes Arrowhead Woods such a special place and values the close-knit community, natural beauty, and unique character that define it.
A dedicated community member and former President of the Arrowhead Lake Association, Gary brings years of local leadership and a strong commitment to serving property owners. He believes the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee plays a unique and important role in preserving the character and aesthetics of the Woods by helping ensure that homes, trees, and surrounding properties are thoughtfully maintained.
Gary is passionate about protecting the place he loves while fostering cooperation and harmony throughout the Woods. He looks forward to serving AWAC property owners and helping preserve the beauty, character, and community spirit of Arrowhead Woods for generations to come.
Adon Varela:
Adan Varela is a member of our mountain community and brings a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and character of Lake Arrowhead. Through his professional work in the Woods as the owner of a local tree service business (Insured Tree Service), Adan is in the community daily and has developed firsthand knowledge of the landscape, neighborhoods, and unique challenges of maintaining the area’s natural beauty.
Adan joined the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee with a strong commitment to mountain preservation and to supporting the standards that help protect the visual integrity and character of the Woods. His local knowledge, professional experience, and dedication to the community provide a valuable perspective as he works alongside fellow board members to help preserve the beauty and harmony of Arrowhead Woods for generations to come.
Michael Schultz, Secretary/Treasurer
Michael Schultz is deeply rooted in the Lake Arrowhead community, having called this mountain home for nearly 50 years. His lifelong connection to the area has given him a profound appreciation for the beauty, character, and community that make Arrowhead Woods such a special place to live.
Michael is passionate about preserving the living forest and wildlife that surround our homes and believes strongly in protecting the natural environment that makes this mountain unique. He has built lasting relationships with many members of the community and cares deeply about the people who call Arrowhead
Woods home especially the full-time residents who experience and care for this community every day.
For Michael, Arrowhead Woods is more than a place to live, it is home. He is committed to helping preserve its natural beauty, character, and sense of community so that future generations can continue to enjoy the wonderful place that he has been fortunate enough to call home for nearly five decades
