The Arrowhead Woods CCRs for 24 Tracts are subject to renewal in by December 31st 2025 . The Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee, the organization that administers the CCRs, will lead the renewal process. The CCRs require approval for renewal by 55 percent of the property owners in the specified Tracts.

Arrowhead Woods CC&R’s maintain the quality of design, minimum living space requirements, attractiveness, individuality, harmony with surrounding houses and energy conservation for new construction. The CC&R’s protect Arrowhead Woods property owners from neighborhood conditions that create eyesores, hazards, blight and encroachment on setbacks, property lines and rights of way. The CC&R’s also address tree trimming and removal, in a manner consistent with a healthy forest and fuel hazard reduction requirements.

Notices and Ballots – Notices of Renewal will be mailed to property owners’ mailing address in early 2025. Property Owners will complete the ballots by filling in their Tract and Lot number, printing and signing their name, and mailing the ballot back to AWAC in the return envelope provided. The ballot will confirm the property owner is in favor of the CCR renewal. 55 percent of all property owners in any given Tract must return their signed ballots for the CC&R’s to be renewed.
